Second Nature came to us with a clear challenge: explain a complex, multi-layered product in a way that felt simple, modern, and genuinely helpful to renters. The Resident Benefits Package bundles everything from utilities setup and internet to insurance, air filters, credit building, identity protection, rewards, and pest control. That is a lot of information to communicate in just a few minutes, and it had to feel intuitive, not overwhelming.
We partnered with the Second Nature team to concept and produce a fully animated explainer that walks viewers through the entire experience, step by step. Using a clean, friendly illustration style and a soft, optimistic color palette, we built a visual world that feels approachable and human while still communicating real value and functionality. Each benefit is introduced through simple, relatable moments, moving seamlessly from onboarding and move-in to everyday living and long-term financial health.
From storyboards and design through animation, compositing, and final delivery, we handled the entire production pipeline. The result is a clear, engaging piece that demystifies the Resident Benefits Package and reinforces Second Nature’s mission to make renting easier, smarter, and more rewarding.
